Hi, I’m Robin McGuire

I’m a Seattle-based Doctor of Physical Therapy and lifelong runner, specializing in helping runners recover from injuries and return to running stronger. With advanced manual therapy training and 8 years of experience, I help runners overcome injuries and keep them from coming back so you can run with confidence.

    A 50 minute progression-based session built from your evaluation findings. Each visit includes reassessment, orthopedic manual therapy as appropriate, and dosage-specific exercise to address the primary limiting factors. You’ll leave with clear next steps for training modifications, rehab progressions, and return-to-run planning.

    What’s included:

    Targeted reassessment + symptom response check

    Orthopedic manual therapy as indicated

    Progressive strength/mobility and capacity work

    Running-specific guidance (drills/cues and training adjustments as needed)

  • Comprehensive Running Evaluation (Initial Visit)


    An 80 minute detailed running-specific assessment by a fellowship-trained orthopedic manual therapist (FAAOMPT) using tissue-specific examination and differential diagnosis to identify the root cause of your pain and/or movement limitations.

    Training, Medical & Injury History Review

    Functional Performance Testing (Mobility, Coordination, Dynamic Balance, Strength, and Power)

    Qualitative Treadmill Gait Analysis

    Running Assessment & Roadmap (2-page post-visit plan).
