This is where we turn your evaluation findings into measurable progress. Each session is built around reassessing key markers, treating what’s limiting you with manual therapy (as needed), targeted exercise prescription, and progression of your plan to build durable running capacity.

Each session may include:

Targeted reassessment + symptom response to loading

Orthopedic manual therapy as appropriate

Dosage-specific strengthening/mobility and capacity work

Running-specific guidance (training modifications, drills/cues as needed)

Comprehensive Running Evaluation

Your initial visit is a comprehensive, running-specific evaluation assessing movement quality, strength, coordination, motor control, mobility, and running mechanics to identify the key drivers of symptoms and performance limitations.

What’s included:

Training, Medical & Injury History Review
We’ll review your background, injury history, and current training patterns to understand your context and goals.

Functional Performance Testing
Assessment of joint mobility, coordination, dynamic balance, strength, and power to identify key limitations and side-to-side asymmetries that may be affecting performance.

Qualitative Treadmill Gait Analysis
A visual analysis of your running mechanics to identify movement patterns that may contribute to symptoms or limit efficiency.

Running Assessment & Roadmap
Within 1–2 days, you’ll receive a detailed summary of findings and a goal-driven plan to address your specific needs: exercise prescription, progression guidelines, and clear next steps.

Designed for committed runners who want consistent, expert support to train smarter, progress efficiently, and reduce setbacks year-round.
